  • Sharing
  • Discovery

What is the definition of a share?

A sharing is a meeting around a passion between a Host (the passionate person who has created an ad on Nohô) and a Nomad (the person who has booked).

What are the rules of a share?
  • The Host and Nomad must respect Nohô’s general conditions and values.
  • The Host must not ask the Nomad for money for the sharing, as he will be directly compensated by Nohô.
  • All requests for money other than the price of the share must be detailed and explained by the Host in the summary of his share.
  • When a Nomad reserves a share, he blocks the chosen time slot exclusively for himself and the people accompanying him.
  • The Host cannot receive Nomads from different groups in a share. For example: Nomad X reserves the 2pm to 4pm time slot; Nomad Y cannot reserve this time slot, so must choose another.
  • The Host and the Nomad must show the kindness required to welcome and share with Nohô.
  • Nohô reserves the right to delete a share and ban a Host or Nomad who does not respect Nohô’ s general conditions and values.
How do you submit a report?

On the app and on the website during or after your share you have the option of reporting a Nomad or a Host who has behaved poorly or has not attended to us. You will find the “Reporting” button in “My approved shares”. This button is accessible from the start of the share and remains active after the end of the share. In the event of serious behavior towards you, you must lodge a complaint with the competent authorities. After checks Nohô will be able to ban the Nomad or Host from the app and the website.

What types of behavior are taken into account for reporting purposes?

The following behaviors are taken into account for reporting purposes:

  • Absence of the Host or Nomad at the time of sharing.
  • Aggressive behavior, insults, racism, intolerance.
  • Sexual harassment.
  • Physical state of the Host or Nomad (alcohol, drugs, etc.).
  • Endangering the physical integrity of the person.
  • Request for additional money for sharing, if not noted in the sharing description (expl: museum admission ticket).
What does Nohô mean?
